Oktsec is working with Certuma’s team in Latin America through an ongoing cybersecurity engagement, providing security review, engineering guidance and Oktsec products within the regional team’s agreed scope.
The work covers security reviews of software and infrastructure selected with Certuma’s LATAM team. Depending on the agreed priorities, this includes application code, access controls, software dependencies, cloud configurations and the use of AI tools in development and operations.
Security review with engineering follow-up
Oktsec provides technical analysis, recommendations and supporting evidence to help the team decide what to address first. Regular follow-up connects those recommendations to engineering work: reviewing proposed changes, tracking decisions and verifying selected fixes.
This ongoing approach gives the team access to security expertise as its priorities change. The scope is defined around the components under review and the questions the team needs to resolve.
Oktsec products in the engagement
The engagement with Certuma’s LATAM team includes Oktsec Node, Cloud and Control alongside security review and engineering support.
Oktsec Node brings policy enforcement and evidence collection into the customer’s environment. Oktsec Cloud provides a central workspace for policy management, adoption checks and evidence review. Oktsec Control governs permitted agent actions and records policy decisions.
The products support complementary parts of the security work: applying controls locally, managing policy across connected systems and keeping records that the team can review. Their scope follows the tools and systems included in the engagement.

Certuma is expanding into Latin America, with its technology becoming available to healthcare institutions in Argentina and Chile. iProfesional reported the regional launch on August 27, 2026, identifying Bruno Marino as Head of LATAM.
